Jessica joined the team in February 2022. Before joining the team, she founded a content writing business in Charlotte, NC, in 2012. She has a decade of writing and editing experience and is proficient in the Microsoft Suite of products and tools that help her create high-quality content with on-page SEO, including keywords, meta descriptions, tags, and links.
Jessica now lives in Highlands Ranch, CO, just outside of Denver, with multiple houseplants. Her two grown children follow in her creative footsteps as a technical writer and professional illustrator. When she is not researching and writing, she explores the outdoors, hiking and snowshoeing in the nearby mountains, listening to music in open-air venues, practicing yoga, and traveling.
