She built it up to averaging $1,500,000 for five years before selling it in 2022 for 6x net profit. Through her company, Quid Pro Quo, LLC, she conducts valuations of law firms and serves as a broker to help lawyers buy or sell a law firm. Victoria also provides coaching and consulting on adding value to a firm before trying to find a buyer.
