Increase the Value of Your Law Firm and Position to Transition

September 21 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT

increase the value of your law firm and position to transition

Free Webinar: Wednesday, September 21, 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET

There is a right way and a wrong way to build and then exit a law practice. Specific decisions and actions build value while others do not. You can spend a career –a lifetime –owning a practice you get nothing out of when you retire. Or, you can sell your practice for real money (or digital money if the world comes to that)? Learn, before you are ready to walk away, the steps to take to position your law firm that create value and increase desirability to a potential buyer.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • The 5 key factors that affect value of your business; and
  • The 5 actions you can take to make your firm more desirable to a prospective buyer.

Who Should Attend: Attorneys that are interested in or preparing to sell their practice.
