Snyder Law is a California law practice that serves the Orange County community. Snyder Law is in a highly competitive market for estate planning solutions in California. According to The State Bar of California, more than 17,000 active attorneys serve Orange County. Snyder Law's mission is to provide quality legal advice with personalized service and attention to detail to every client.

Situation

During the 2020 election, California voters approved Proposition 19 ("Prop 13"). For many California property owners, this law shift led to significant property tax changes that went into effect in February 2021. California property owners needed to be quickly proactive and change their estate planning documents to avoid the higher property taxes that would take effect very soon.

Process

LAB Services worked with Snyder Law on a niche marketing campaign to inform leads and clients of the Proposition 19 impact and offer a legal solution to save property owners from higher property taxes in the future.

We first created a Proposition 19 eBook that provided leads and clients information on the law change in exchange for their email and phone number. We then added the Proposition 19 eBook to Snyder Law’s website and began promoting the eBook with multiple blog posts and through a targeted. Facebook ad campaign. We nurtured leads and clients that downloaded the eBook with multiple follow-up emails that included a call-to-action to schedule an appointment with Snyder Law.
